YOu and I are thinking along the same lines....It is my hope that LAJFA next year will include some time that we can plan to continue the work that we did this year by taking them deeper into leading their school teams.  Wouldn't this be something great that could be added to a role alike session in each of the three sessions that would support principals as they change the culture in their schools that would have a great impact on student learning?  It would be awesome if we could do a statewide book study on the first book, Quality Questioning to help them understand question development first, then take them through leading through this.  I wonder how we will be able to share this?  I wonder if we could do an elearning class for all that would help them be part of the important learning?  What do you think Nancy?
