I have found when we ask someone to think about why it is important and what is our intent in doing this or that, is helps focus all involved to the "important stuff." Everytime I brought up a situation there was always an excuse for the teacher, situation, etc. The principal and coach would always end their dialogue with me with, "That is not what usually happens in there. I think the support we have been able to provide this year through the LAJFA and the networking sessions has been a way that we have been able to build relationships with the leaders in the school. I've had several principals emailing and asking questions. I wonder if we can do something with the elearning that will include principals in dialogue on topics of interest to them. I think that would be helpful to all leaders in the buildings.
