Using this would also help provide some of the data you are looking for- ex. how many questions did we ask, who spoke most during the meeting, how much talking did we do (goal being 20% or less), how much quality listening did we do (goal of 80%). I think another idea might be when we co-facilitate trainings and meetings, we could ask other team members to record some specific details about our questioning techniques (ex. did I implement Wait Time 1 & 2, did I use verbal and nonverbal prompts to extend participants' thinking, etc...). Team members could also record some of the specific responses so we could evaluate the quality of our questions based on the depth of responses we received. What do you think?

My best visits lately have been with a team partner where we went old school: preplanning our outcomes to questions and then supported each other during the visit with look fors, reflection, and feedback.
